Altkom Academy was granted a Partner Number 1 title by Prometric,
the world’s largest provider of tests and solutions for IT knowledge
assessment. The title was awarded in recognition of the fact that in
2008 eight Altkom Academy centres hosted nearly ¼ of all Prometric
examinations held in Poland.
Altkom Academy has signed an agreement with Red Hat – a global leader in the field of open source software – which
makes it the only training centre in Poland authorized to conduct
trainings and issue RHCA (Red Hat Certified Architect) certificates.
The agreement broadens the earlier cooperation of the two companies,
which included Altkom Academy conducting trainings on two less advanced
levels – Red Hat Certified Security Specialist (RHCSS) and Red Hat
Certified Engineer (RHCE) – certifying safety specialists and engineers
respectively.
On November 28, 2008 we had the pleasure to give a talk on the topic
Mind Mapping In Project Management during the Investment Project
Managements – Current Problems and Methods conference organised by
Polish Project Management Association.
Altkom Akademia S.A. obtained the status of a Registered Education Provider granted by the Project Management Institute.
The R.E.P. title confirms the high quality of our project management
trainings. We offer trainings for those who are just beginning to deal
with project management, as well as for experienced project managers
who wish to obtain a PMR(R) certificate (or already have it). We enable
the latter to collect PDUs necessary to obtain the PMP title.
