Law, Finances, HR - training courses for business

In the beginning of May, Altkom Akademia introduced new training courses on Law, Finances and Human Resources. Their main objective is to update the trainees’ knowledge on legal regulations related to taxes and accounting and their practical applications. The trainees also become acquainted with financial issues and legal regulations related to the HR and payroll aspects in enterprises. The courses are available in all eight training centers of Altkom Akademia.

The training offer is divided into three main areas: taxes and accounting, finances and controlling and HR and payroll. With their wide scope, the courses are addressed to management board members, CFOs, chief accountants, HR managers, and employees of planning, controlling, finances & accounting and HR & payroll departments. All courses are available in both the open and closed regime.

 

“Altkom Akademia is currently providing more than 600 training courses in the areas of IT, management, business process analysis and personal and social skills. To adjust our offer as much as possible to the current market trends and customer needs, we add new items every month. In the changing economic conditions, it is necessary to continuously update the knowledge about legal aspects of our business environment and to continuously monitor the changes in Polish and international legislation in this field. This applies particularly to managers and employees of HR and financial departments, responsible for effective management and proper execution of operational tasks. We believe that the new courses on Law, Finances and Human Resources will help the trainees to acquire the necessary knowledge and optimally adjust their businesses to the new legal environment,” said Katarzyna Chojnowska, Education Division Director, Altkom Akademia.

 

Within the training courses on taxes and accounting, the trainees learn about all amendments to the tax and accounting regulations, including the recent amendments to the VAT act. They also learn about the impact of the new regulations on businesses and about practical solutions to problems faced by employees of financial and accounting departments.

 

The training on finances and controlling is designed to present practical aspects of controlling systems in an enterprise, particularly the newest tools used in the budgeting process and in company financial management.

 

The training on HR and payroll is devoted chiefly to discussing new amendments to labor law. The trainees will be able to dispel any doubts about the regulations, on the basis of practical experience and issues most often raised by employees of HR and payroll departments.
