The “Computer unveiled – effective working” project shall be launched in December 2009. The project is designed for 320 participants aged over 45 and divided into 40 groups. One of the project objectives is to ensure that women constitute at least half of the participating group
Altkom submitted the request for course financial support within the framework of the Human Capital Operating Program (Action 8.1.1). The office application courses shall be offered to working persons, who voluntarily want to gain new skills. The courses shall be held in the afternoons and at weekends.
„Each course ends up with an exam and European Computer Driving License (ECDL) certificates confirming the acquired skills. We assume that at least 75% of participants of our courses shall obtain this certificate” – says Mikołaj Demko, Project Department Director, Altkom Akademia.
The courses shall be held for 18 months and comprise 120 training days. The total budget of this project is approx. PLN 1 million. |
