On November 28, 2008 we had the pleasure to give a talk on the topic
Mind Mapping In Project Management during the Investment Project
Managements – Current Problems and Methods conference organised by
Polish Project Management Association.
The speaker, Grzegorz Pośpieszczyk (Altkom Akademia S.A.), presented practical implementations of mind mapping techniques in project management.
Although the method has been known for a long time, it has rarely been associated with project management. It may often seem that managing projects is, to a large extent, re-creating, instead of being something creative – and this is not true. Mind mapping supports creative processes.
