The recruitment process starts with analyzing the received applications, and commences with the successful evaluation of the 3-month trial period of a new recruit. The process varies based on the position: employment purpose, required competencies and qualifications. The first step entails selecting applications complying with preliminary recruitment requirements. Next step entails meetings with a HR specialist, during which we gather information regarding goals, aspiration and professional experience of Candidates and their professional attitude. During that step we sometimes apply alternative methods, allowing us to verify Candidate skills and potential in more details. These include tests, simulations, presentations, interviews by area-related experts. The decisive moment is the meeting with the direct supervisor who requested the recruitment process. Based on the complete information gathered during the recruitment process the direct supervisor decides whether or not a job should be offered to a Candidate. The trial period is evaluated towards the end of a 3-month employment period. The purpose of this evaluation is to exchange mutual experiences and expectations regarding the working standards, professional attitude, adaptation, strong points and improvement areas. The recruitment process is completed with the mutual intention to extend or terminate the employment contract.
