Altkom Akademia’s educational offer contains approx. 600 training courses for IT users and professionals, as well as business courses related to organization management, project management and business process analysis. We also offer training courses developing personal and social skills, to complement technical and business skills. We employ 200 skilled instructors, and have access to 84 own training rooms, featuring 860 stand-alone computer workstations, as well as 10 full-featured mobile rooms for off-site training delivery. So far almost 340,000 people used our services. We deliver: Educational projects – We cooperate with the Customer to define the training scope, knowledge and skill delivery methods, and efficiency of taken actions, in order to achieve the assumed business goals. Open training courses – Based on standard training programs. They are available at seven Altkom Akademia's educational centers (Warszawa, Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław, Łódź, Katowice, Sopot). Closed training courses – The scope, level, dates and location of these courses are tailored to the needs of the Customer's organization. Consulting services – These are related to employee development, business process support and technology solution implementation. E-learning: Within the scope of closed training courses, delivered at the Customer’s request, we suggest using e-learning tools. The scope of services depends on Customer’s needs. The projects can be delivered using a strictly e-learning model or a mixed model. We also develop e-learning courses at the Customer’s request. The content of the courses is tailored to the needs of a specific company. This type of training courses is characterized by a high degree of interactivity (multimedia techniques, simulation and audio elements.). |
