Magda Konieczna-Wrzesień holds a degree in IT from the Szczecin University of Technology. She also completed the Executive MBA program at the Kozminski University. She started her professional career as an HR deployment consultant at a Szczecin-based company Simple S.A.

Between 2001-2007 she worked for SAP Polska. She started as a HR consultant specializing in employee development management. She participated in over 20 HR deployment projects (recruitment, employee development, career paths, job descriptions and valuations, training management and e-Learning) for, among others: KGHM, PTC Era, Polkomtel, BZ WBK, Lubzel, Pątnów-Adamów-Konin Power Plant, BPH Bank, Polish Television, Volkswagen. Next, she became Project Manager and was responsible for SAP ERP, CRM, EP, xApp deployments for, among others: PGNiG, PGE (formerly PSE), BPH Bank, Police Chemical Plant, PSG, Polimex-Mostostal, PKP Cargo, PERN "Przyjaźń". Between 2007 and 2009 she developed and managed Atos Origin Consulting Division in Poland and was responsible for, among others, TP S.A. Group migration from the HR and payment system to SAP HR, HR budgeting at BZ WBK, system integration at Akzo Nobel. Also, she worked as Manager for KPMG Advisory, providing consulting services for PTC Era, Greiner-Packaging, Kulczyk-Tradex. She was the joint author of the ERP implementation global methodology.
